nobody seems to care, you walk in..nobody greets you or asks if you need help. Horrible customer service.
These people sold my child a pair of sneakers that were too big! I brought them back they gave me a store credit with the understanding they would order her size. That was 2 months ago! I stood infront of the counter for 15 minutes while the owner sat on the phone trickin! I politely interrupted him to exain my dilemma. He got so nasty and told me to leave i said this is fine just give me my money! They will not refund my money stating that Converse does not have any plain white Converse! New Interior showcases a ton of new kicks and apparel. Great prices and tons of deals on old and new, Jordan's to Timberland. Same great service, knowledgeable about new drops and history of other brands. Also it feels good to shop and support local. Highly recommend them.
