We bought a Nordic Stella about a month ago and couldn't be happier with the entire process! The folks at Mister Spas (recommended to us by friends) were so patient as we stopped by numerous times to ask questions and look at different models before making our decision. Upon delivery, Kevin went over the chemicals and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. He offered to come back to answer questions if needed but we've had no issues whatsoever. I bought a Sundance spa from Mister Spas and it was a great experience. The price was better than every other dealer selling similar units and there was no haggling or misleading promotions, nor did they try to up-sell. They had a great selection of new and used spas as well. My spa was custom built for me and was ready in just a few weeks. Unfortunately due to what I think is a one off manufacturing error, the tub initially leaked, but Kevin sent out someone right away to fix it. Not sure what's going on up there been trying to get parts and service for weeks nobody returns phone calls wish you would have just told me that you're not interested in servicing hot tubs instead of wasting my time
