I have seen the TV advertisements and when I need an emergency repair they were there within the hour. Andrew, Greg and Steven were great. Explained everything and worked to get the repairs done as quickly as possible.
Steven was extremely helpful. He was incredibly knowledgeable, was able to diagnose my issue with my electric water heater, gave me fantastic advice about a whole home surge protector, and many other items. He went above and beyond working to help me out, was polite, respectful, and careful. Thank you Steven!
I had them crimp some ethernet cables that my homebuilder refused to do. They came out quickly were a little bit more expensive than I had thought. $250 for less than an hour of work but they came out the next day and got it done. That said, they have an absolutely infuriating AI that is not at all helpful.
