Tom was great! Very kind, considerate, understanding, and made sure when he came in and out of my home that my cats didn’t get out! He admitted that he’s more used to doing Ring doorbells, but was very respectful when we explained why we didn’t want that. Thanks Tom!
Tom was awesome! He was on time, very polite and friendly and very thorough in explaining the estimate and the work that needed to be done. The cost was more than reasonable and I believe in paying for great service. He also checked the circuit box and made some recommendations for the future if need be. I will definitely be using this company again and highly recommend them.
Jim quickly diagnosed and rectified the problem with my outdoor spotlight. He was punctual, friendly and easy to converse with. Job was also completed in a timely fashion (including the installation of a surge protector on the electrical panel). Pricing was provided prior to the completion of any work as well. I have confidence using Jim/Mr. Sparky for any future electrical work.
Outstanding service. Jim was on time and explained the work and equipment choices. He was cheerful and left everything in order. Calls to the office were answered quickly and Renee was knowledgeable. Mr. Sparky is my new go to service.
Tom was absolutely amazing lastnight when I called for an emergency. He was very straight forward and knew exactly what needed to be done. He came back first thing the next day with his con worker Jim and did an excellent clean and efficient job upgrading my panel. I HIGHLY recommend Tom and his team! Thank you for everything!
