Chris B arrived early for his appointment after asking if that was acceptable. Given as much background information we could give him, he set about diagnosing the problem with our landscape lighting. He gave us several possibilities and options. All said, he solved our problems, explained service plan options and was so very helpful. Im giving your employee 5 stars. Not your company, the price for what I want to have done was totally outrageous. I couldnt believe what I saw on his computer. Ive did my homework and know what this should cost.

Lane worked efficiently and before we knew it, the kitchen lights were working perfectly! Lane also told us about the 5 year warranty, which is a good deal. Appreciate his expertise and his pleasant personality.

All of my outdoor outlets including the GFI were supposed to be tied together when my house was built and since outside water resistant as well. They are now thanks to Sean from Mr. Sparky. New boxes, new covers, new WR electric plugs and new GFI’s. Done perfectly and parts and labor guaranteed. I would recommend Sean at Mr. Sparky to anyone. Thanks again Sean!
