Mitho is the name of the gentleman that came out to help with a stressful situation, he is truly a kind hearted man. Patient with all the questions asked, answered every one of them. I love how he didn't get upset or annoyed with my 3 year old that was curious about what he was doing to the outlets in her room, he explained the best he could to her before she said okay and I ushered her away so he could work.
