I normally don’t write reviews. But my experience and the service I received has to be told. I can’t say enough about Thomas and Anthony. These two young men are the definition of GREAT customer service. Mister Sparky electrical company needs to do what ever it takes to hang on to these young men. Honestly, they should get a bonus on how well the service was!! Keep up the good work Thomas and Anthony!
Great price, great service. Competition prices were not even close. Bradley,(the technician) was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I will be using Mister Sparky for all of my electrical needs in the future.
I had a couple of projects completed and was pleased with the professionalism and timely service. Our technician on day 1 was Anthony and he was thorough in going through checking our outlets and making repairs as he went. We then asked for a light and a ceiling fan be installed. Bradley and Brayden did an excellent job. They checked several concerns, installed a new light with a dimmer switch, replaced multiple switches, and inspected ceiling fans. They also offered helpful guidance on future ideas and gave me peace of mind. Pricing was very reasonable, and they were professional and trustworthy. Highly recommend.
Mr. Thomas was very helpful by quickly found out the problem with our dryer and fixing it in less than an hour! The price for the repairs were also way better than what we were thinking and we would be glad to use their services again!
