Jacob was great. I was texted 30 minutes prior to his arrival. The house is vacant, so that was awesome that I did not have to sit and wait for the entire window of time. Jacob fixed my issues quickly and professionally. Jacob was friendly and efficient. I will definitely use Mr. Sparky again.
I was having brownouts, flickering lights, and even blackouts in my house. Andres returned my call and showed up within 30 minutes. He did a terrific job of quickly diagnosing and fixing the problem. He was very personable and professional. He answered my questions patiently and showed me the diagnostics and pictures of an overheating issue in my utility box. I would highly recommend Mr. Sparky.
Installed a mini-split and needed the electrical run out to it. It was completed same day. Andres was very professional and the work was done very well. Looks and works great.
