Cesar is the most considerate and professional electrician. Clean , timely and efficient.
Technician showed up and "assessed" our electrical outage. Determined that we needed nearly $20,000 in repairs. Home is 18 years old, first time a breaker flipped and wouldn't flip back... And that means both panels need replacing, outlets bad, etc etc etc. called someone else for a second opinion and paid $200 for a new breaker. Never calling this company again. Always get a second opinion.
I had an urgent electrical situation with damaged wiring that needed to be addressed ASAP in order for some scheduled restoration repairs to happen. I called at 8pm for emergency service. Bon came out to assess the situation literally 5 minutes later. He advised me of all the critical issues that needed to be addressed.
