I have had a number of different techs out to the house for evaluations and resolutions. From whole service entry/panel replacement (Thanks Shawn, Carson, and Kent for your excellent and timely work) to fixing an old cast iron drain pipe (Seth was amazing, and gave a lot of care). The Scheduler/Dispatcher sets a window and the techs give you updates on their ETA - so far they've always been within 5 minutes of the *beginning* of the window. this is a huge rip-off, 89 dollars to give you an estimate, and the estimate is hugely inflated $950 dollars to replace a fan in the bathroom.

Beware If I could give this company a zero, I would. They Give you a timeframe Yet the technician shows up at night doesn’t diagnose what he’s supposed to and charges you additional fees Without acknowledging it. Their service fee doesn’t cover diagnosis.

Shawn came out to discuss my electrical panel replacement and even helped me with some HVAC information. I had a few companies come out and Shawn was by far the most thorough!
