It was a Sunday afternoon and for some reason the power went out to our garage and den. I checked the circuit breaker and one of the breakers had tripped and would not reset. Since this was on warranty I placed a call and spoke to a very charming young lady who immediately dispatched Cody to come out and take a look. If I could give a zero '0' I would. I had an appointment on a friday recently where they called up two hours after the appointed time to say, "something had come up" and that they were "unable to keep the appointed time" due to manning shortages (left via a voicemail). I understand that and I am flexible but they made it sound like they were a store and were unable to open. I called back and re-scheduled for the following week (Wednesday or Thursday) and they never showed up. They then called about three hours later and said... read more
Sitting here waiting for Mr Sparky to show up at our scheduled time 8 am. It's now 9 am so I call and they tell me that they need to re-schedule. I would not recommend this service!
