This company is completely overpriced! Gave my husband a military discount and then raised the price to twice what the discount was. Would never use again!
They could be a lot less hostile with their work attitude and charge less 1 thousand a hour seems a bit high.
These people will rob you with a smile on their face. Ridiculous pricing. So over priced that it is criminal. My poor wife did not know better and just paid them $788 for one dedicated circuit to be ran about 20 feet in an unfinished basement. Easy peasy work completed in an hour and a half including the estimate. Don;t walk away from these folks, run away! Google the cost os the average dedicated circuit install if you think I'm crazy. This outlet was in our basement, just feet away from the panel. $788
RecommendedDo Not Recommend. Cost was pricey. Was given 2 prices for same work. Was over charged $155.00 based on two estimates provided. Came in wanting to charge me $522 to replace 3 smoke detectors that I did not request and $267 to install one of the light fixtures I did request. When I declined the Smoke detectors the price to install the fixture changed. They charged me $422 to install the light fixture. Kind of bait and switch tactics.
I called this morning and spoke with Shelly to help me with an outlet problem. She was so friendly and helpful! She said they could have someone out between 12-3. Minutes later, Leslie called me back saying she could have Tyler here in 15 minutes if that was okay( which it was)! He arrived promptly soon after. He addressed my problem with upfront pricing and honest suggestions for fixing my issue. He was very professional and installed a new outlet in record time!
