Called Mister Quick to clean my plugged drain. They were on-time and professional. The drain cleaning had some unique problems but the tech never got flustered. He just kept working until the problem appeared to be solved. Because of the unique problems he suggested a camera be run through the line to be sure all was good. He scheduled the camera work at no extra charge. Completely satisfied with the service.

Called yesterday evening 11-2-17, my gas furnaces blower fan would not go off. $149 after hours service call $99 regular hours. Service tech came out in a hour 1/2 quickly diagnosed the problem, a relay on the circuit board. He gave me a price of $1107 plus tax to fix it. Showed me the company’s pricing book. All repairs cost that much no matter the issues. Then proceeded to try to sell me a brand new complete system. Low of $8000 to $12,000 installed. Frankly, I was not expecting great things from this company. Previous experiences from other companies were not positive. We bought the warranty program and the first inspection was today. The dispatcher called to remind me and gave an arrival time. The technician arrived exactly as scheduled, put on shoe covers and did a very thorough job. He explained everything at the end. Salesman was on time and explained all of our options thoroughly. The heat pump and A/C system was installed the very next day. They had 3 technicians working on the install and it was done quicker that I expected. We chose the parts and labor maintenance agreement to keep us from a huge expense in the future. Thanks.
