They are unprofessional and sanctimonious in their policies. Prom was ruined, first the blazer seam in the back bust open, then while dancing and squared the entire crouch ripped open. When explained the occurrence to the store they he was rough and they would not refund his money. Some may think it is just a prom, but it was in front of everyone just dancing.
Always treated with respect and professionalism. Product top of the line and always correct. You can tell they care that you make the right impression when you walk in the room.
Don't expect them to answer the phone, they won't.
Mister penguin is incredibly rude, very prone to mistakes, unwilling to admit to any mistakes, and if you want something done right I would NOT trust this man with any big events. My boyfriend wanted to buy a suit for my med school ball and had a really good experience with Mister Penguin when renting a tux for his high school prom.
