I would give this place 0 stars if possible! Mind you this was for a wedding. Not only did they get our suit colors all wrong. But the shirts were also not the right size so my husbands shit was 2 times to small and looked like it might rip at any second. We did call about the suit colors and they said we could get them by noon (the pictures were AT NOON) so then they said 9am. Absolutely terrible. The whole suit was absolutely filthy! Measurements were all wrong on every male!! The owner didn’t want to fix his mistakes. Do not use this place if you are wanting good quality suits and clean ones.
It has taken me four months to write this review because every time I think about it, I get incredibly angry. I don't like writing bad reviews, especially for small, local businesses. But my wedding experience with Mr. Penguin is something I want others to be protected from. When we picked out what my groom and our groomsmen were going to wear, it was a beautiful experience. Fun! Wedding parties beware - I am extremely disappointed with our experience at this tuxedo shop. 4 months ago, my husband rented a tux, and it was immediately too small when he tried it on. The staff insisted it fit correctly, which was clearly not the case. We reluctantly agreed for another tux, only for it to be even smaller. They made my husband try it on again, and it still didn't fit, as the tux wouldn’t even button properly. He ended up with a tux he couldn't button for almost $300 bucks.
