Absolutely useless business. Came to their shop in Miranda today with a belt and I needed to punch some holes in it for my partner, I had exact measurements and the man proudly told me they don’t have a tape measure. How is this possible? Get one!!!!!

I was quoted $19 for a new key shell. Upon completion of the job, this was $99 + $3. This was not for anything new inside the key. Shocking business ethics, and if they can’t make money off a 50x markup on a $2 mass produced eastern key case, I can’t imagine they would ever honour any warranty. Avoid at all costs.
