I had my Rado watch adjusted at Mister Minit Westfield Carousel around early April 2025. The staff removed ceramic links to resize the band but didn’t return the extra links, which are valuable and specific to my watch model. When I followed up recently, they shockingly admitted they “threw everything away.” This is unacceptable for a high-end watch, as those links are essential for future resizing or repairs and costly to replace.
