Zara is amazing! I’ve trusted her with over 20 of my bags and shoes. When a heel came off my shoes a few weeks after getting them done, I went back in. She fixed it on the spot and let me know it was covered under the 6 month warranty, so no charge. Since that second repair they’ve been perfect. I’m also obsessed with Zara’s engraving. A massive thank you to Zara at Mr Minit (Settlement City). My daughter wanted our dog engraved on her drink bottle, and Zara suggested the best way to make it work. The final result was even better than we imagined. Amazing customer service, great ideas, and beautiful workmanship. Highly recommend!
