Always courteous and fair. I've been getting batteries for my car remote and keys cut here for years. Shoe repairs too. Last time I asked about colouring some shoes with a darker shade. Perfectly coloured. If they can't do the job they'll recommend elsewhere, like with a complicated master key I needed for work- I had to see a locksmith. But everyday matters are well taken care of.
