Could not be happier with the service provider, it was quick, friendly and professional. I needed a new car key for Mazda 2 and hey bingo in less than 20 minutes there it was. Worked first time and it was a great price. Thank you.
I stupidly snapped my only commodore key prying on metal but within 30 minutes of calling them and heading down i had a new key head that works perfectly, and they even provided me a key code in case I do it again
They are not competent with watchs; I wouldn't trust them with an expensive watch (not my case). A simple battery replacement seemed too difficult, or not profitable enough for them, and they said they couldn't do it because my watch wasn't engaging properly and they couldn't give me guarantee. I said I would happily sign any agreement accepting the initial conditions before the replacement, but they still refused. I must admit though, that I was at that shop before and there was another guy who was absolutely lovely. However the guy today was as mentioned in the previous review and also very rude!
If I could give 0 stars I would! Without going into too many details I would love to express that customer service is something those guys haven’t heard about it! Absolutely atrocious! Avoid if you can!
