I have very bad experience by changing watch battery, scratching all back of watch and told me he couldn’t do it…
Couple of weeks ago I went there to get my TISSOT battery replaced. Asked for the price and the bloke said 30 AUD with 3 years warrenty. When I inquired why it's that expensive, the guy mentioned "The owners decide on prices, I don't". Came home and ordered a DIY battery replacement kit online for $18 and 10 pack batterie bundle for $ 7. Sorted for life! I will not go there ever again!

Pretty bad experience there. Old bloke serving everyone was genuinely horrendous at customer service. I asked for a run down of the pricing of getting the battery replaced on two of my watches and a couple links taken off on one. He gives me the run down of how one of my watches might have two batteries in it (it doesn’t), and it’s $25 each battery. As he linked the pricing of replacing the battery to the battery quantity needed, i suggested that i can buy the batteries and he can install them to try offset some of the cost,... read more
