I came here today after work and the earliest i could. I needed a small engraving work done for a bracelet I’ve just bought, and after coming all that way, the old guy at the counter visibly annoyed the second I walked over and said “no you came here too late, I just shut the machine off, you see these watches over here? Walk in at 4:50pm to try and get my belt punch some holes. The guy is already all packed and refuses to even borrow the punch when i would punch it myself. If that’s the case, then might as well put the shop closes at 4:45pm
Had a wonderfully short and sweet experience at this vender. Service was super friendly and clear on wait times and any aftercare instructions. Reasonably priced and perfectly efficient with good results, my kind of store!

I had a really disappointing experience at Mister Minit. We visited the store around 4:45 pm and were browsing through the keychain display. Instead of politely informing us that the store was about to close, the staff member abruptly snatched the keychain stand from our hands and moved it away while we were still looking at it.
