Horrible management company that has led our board in believing we have to have eight more years of $1200 assessments in addition to our monthly $375 fees.
I am always greeted with the happy and courteous voice of Lauri (Lori) when I call in Mister Management and she resolves and responds to any issues or questions I have on a timely and efficient basis.
My condo had issues because of the ice storm of '03. Our complex has been with Mister Management for several years.I couldn't be more pleased with all the help and support from them especially Nichole Smith. She was so helpful and patient. Her professionalism and knowledge has really been helpful dealing with the issues. Thanks Nichole :)
I have been pleased with Dave G. and his team at Mister Management. The upkeep of the grounds at Jonathan's Landing has been superb. The crew that they have contracted with is consistently professional and always makes the grounds look better. Upkeep is also a high point. Dave is proactive and solves problems before they occur. I recently sold my condo there and I will miss the responsiveness of Mister Management. Rob W 8/18/2020
