We use this service a little while back. We had organized for an initial deep clean that would take 4.5-5 hours to do. We agreed on what would be done during the deep clean and the cost (approximately 500$). When we returned home after the “deep clean” only a basic cleaning was done that normally takes my partner and I about 1.5hrs to do.
