DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE WE DID! UPDATED & EDITED Mr. Ladder came highly recommended. At this point, I would not hire Mr. Ladder to change a light bulb. Do not make your final payment to them until the work is 100% complete and do not trust that Bobby Hayes will do anything he says after payment is made. We hired Mr. Ladder to completely rebuild our deck, fix our fence, paint our interior walls, ceilings & cabinets, replace some lighting, and replace our kitchen countertops. I would NOT hire Mister Ladder again for any services. I hired them back in early March for gutter cleaning. I have tried to reach out to the owner with no luck of him communicating back to me. Now my husband and I have to complete the job we hired them to do. Gutters were not cleaned properly. Instead of just going on the roof and blowing, they needed to actually put their hands in the gutters to remove debris. Disappointed in lack of service and overall communication is an understatement.
Mister Ladder is a wonderful company to work with. They are good at what they do, polite, efficient and fairly priced. They went above and beyond . I have already put in a request for more projects. Current project was rebuilding part of a damaged garage wall.
What a pleasant experience. The team was skilled, polite and they communicated with us. What refreshing experience. They will be our 1st call on future work.
Robert and crew at Mister Ladder did excellent work at my home replacing a couple of old, worn out storm doors and painting the exterior trim. Very pleased with the communication and quality of work. And reasonably priced as well.
