I've been at Mister Kleen for over 4 years now. We have to work hard, but everyone is always willing to help. The health insurance cost and offerings are much better than other companies in the area. Other benefits are also very good. They are flexible with us as long as we are flexible with them. They recognize efforts and reward employees every quarter. Very happy to be part of the team.
Terrible HR staff. I've worked at two different sites during the evening shift. The supervisors work you like a dog and pick favorites.
I have never seen such NEPOTISM! I wish all the best as they pursue employment with this company. Less than 30 days, I completed three applications for multiple locations and even left several messages (Managers and HR Dept) as well seeking status even after their system pinged and reminded me to complete the process! My journey stated at he end of April and still no word as of 8 July. Had a brief conversation with a current employee which is when clarity came to light.
