As a long-standing employee of Misterkleen, I would like to express my satisfaction with the company and the exceptional treatment I have received over the years, for which I am sincerely grateful.
I give a Zero star rating to Emma the manager in Alexandria. I have heard her disrespect and belittle her employees. Even going as far as threatening to take their job away at her slightest inconvenience. It makes this company look very bad. She should be relieved of her manager duties if she can not learn how to simply be polite.
I've been at Mister Kleen for over 4 years now. We have to work hard, but everyone is always willing to help. The health insurance cost and offerings are much better than other companies in the area. Other benefits are also very good. They are flexible with us as long as we are flexible with them. They recognize efforts and reward employees every quarter. Very happy to be part of the team.
