Our favorite ice cream shop in Lynchburg - endless options, great quality, great staff, and always busy!
I had a very enjoyable experience yesterday. I spoke with a Blonde girl, I believe her name was Alli (not sure on spelling). She was patient with me while I decided what I wanted to treat myself to and allowed me to ask as many questions as needed. She was smiling and provided amazing customer service! Give this girl a raise! She is the epitome of customer service! Thank you for a great experience, Alli!
Always busy, but the line moves quickly and the wait for your items to be prepared is nominal. Sometimes finding an outdoor table is a problem, so be prepared to eat in the car. Can also be a bit noisy as there are always large groups of teenagers and college kids around but as a general rule it's just happy talkative kids enjoying there sugar rush!
