We had a very disappointing experience with this company. The forklift was promised for delivery by 10:00 AM but arrived at 1:20 PM, and even then, it wasn’t working properly. Our team had to wait over two hours before it could be used. We rented the machine for two days, but the company overcharged us for four days, including weekend days we never used, even though they had promised not to charge for the weekend. Excellent service at a very reasonable rate
I had a very pleasant experience with Emmanuel. I was able to trust and rely on his knowledge to help me find a forklift clamp. Being located in BC it was skeptical sending money to an Ontario company and purchasing without seeing in person. I can assure this is the best place to purchase any parts. Emmanuel offered free loading and spare parts!!
I recently visited Mister Mechanical Lift Trucks in Oakville, and I was impressed by their welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff. The owner Rene took time to walk us through the pros and cons of the different forklifts available. I ended up purchasing a propane unit Emmanuel made the transaction and delivery seamless. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for quality refurbished forklifts.
