We had a very disappointing experience with this company. The forklift was promised for delivery by 10:00 AM but arrived at 1:20 PM, and even then, it wasn’t working properly. Our team had to wait over two hours before it could be used. We rented the machine for two days, but the company overcharged us for four days, including weekend days we never used, even though they had promised not to charge for the weekend.
