Absolutely Horrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs! I took my truck to Mister Car Wash on April 1, 2025, and it turned out to be a complete disaster. Their automatic wash damaged my truck’s fender flare and scratched my paint—all because their equipment clearly isn’t properly maintained. When I reported the issue, I expected at least some level of customer service and accountability. I was having a horrible week and luck then my car battery happened to die after my car wash and the manager Terrance Thompson helped me get a jump start. He was very kind and calm while I was freaking out. I appreciate you Terrance
again this location too, for using towels. we have big problems, Mabe i should open the case in court for mister carwash, that is last action to this team, whenever you sell member to customer, customer has right to use towels
