I have been coming to this Humble location for 4 years. They used to be very friendly and smile and did a great job cleaning my car. I have been a member for over 7 years and would have not kept going back unless they had good service. Over the last 6 months the Humble location has gone down hill. I try and make a point to visit the Kirby location when possible. 1st thing is no one smiles or greets me sincerely and more. They look like they dislike their jobs.
