Wife took her car yesterday 12/09/2021 to this specific location on 1960 for a regular oil change. Come to find out the hood hinge was broken and I needed a Phillips screw driver to access the panel to open it manually. Asked Michael a worker at this place for a Phillips screw driver! Michael was very unhelpful and not willing to loan a 5 dollar tool in order to get my much needed oil change. I will say this sometimes you have to help when help is needed.
