I had a very disappointing experience with the Mister Condo wanna be LOOL even the name is as funny as the guy face . Communication was poor, promises were not kept, and I felt misled throughout the process. Important details about the property and fees were not made clear upfront, and I had to chase for updates multiple times. Overall, I would strongly caution others to do thorough research and get everything in writing before working with this Mario guy I dont recommend him at all
Mario failed to show up for our first scheduled viewing, and when we rescheduled, he arrived late and acted rude despite being the one who was late. He also tried to rush us through the viewing, which made the experience very unpleasant. My wife cried in the car later. Very unprofessional behavior, Mario — please do better!
