This is one of the best body shop experiences I've ever had. They made it so easy and worked with my insurance company so all I had to do was show up and pay my deductible to pick up my vehicle. And when I picked up that vehicle it looks brand new and smelled amazing because they even cleaned and detailed the inside and outside of the car. I would highly recommend this Body Shop.
You see so many 5 star reviews and you can think, Bot? It took longer than I wanted but I am confident it took exactly as long as was necessary to do a perfect job. Rick knew what should be done by Land Rover and ensured it. I know I made the better choice to start with Car Star and for them to outsource to dealer vs. starting with the dealer. Coco, the Enterprise representative at the location 15500 Midway Rd Addison, TX 75001 was very helpful in the process of getting the rental while my car was in the shop. They picked me up at the shop and had me in a rental within an hour. Coco went thru the process with a smile. It was a great experience.
