This place sent a technician that seemed like he knew exactly what he was doing. Spent about 45 minutes looking at my complicated gas fireplace. He said he needed a few parts and would order them and return when they had arrived. He charged me $350, and then I never heard from them again. I called repeatedly, even spoke to people, they said they would get back to me, but nothing ever happened. Avoid this place.
