Disappointed there was no prewash.
I've visited multiple Mister Car Wash locations across the region, and two recurring issues consistently detract from the experience. First, my vehicle always requires a manual wipe-down to remove excess water after the wash. Second, and particularly frustrating, is the consistently poor performance in removing stubborn bug splatter from windshields.
