I went to this location 3170 S John Young PKWY to get my car cleaned on sunday June14 2026 at the entrance the employee mesured the height from the floor to my car bumper and very thing was in compliance. I got into the machine and right at the exit where the drying blower ir one plastic line was loose and it passed thru my OEM bumper damaging and loosing my bumper.
