My SUV always looks great when it's done. Great vacuums as well. Just wish they were open a little bit later.
I thought this would be a great experience to use this wash. However since I signed up in 2023 it has been a negative experience. I noticed my clear coat was being scratched on the hood (similar to sun damage but with the scratches running parallel to the brush rotation.). Then I noticed the paint on the back center part of the hood was being removed. The deep scratches again ran parallel to the rotation of the brush. I just signed up today. Josh provided exceptional Customer service!! He went above and beyond, making sure that my mirrors were turned in and that my Membership sticker was positioned out of my view, but also in view Accommodating to their reader. After the car wash, he came by to check on us to make sure we enjoyed the service. I definitely recommend!!
I drive a dark grey f-150, today I decided to get the titainium wash membership. Joshua, one of the assistant managers who helped me to choose the right package was very helpful and very kind. Great wash. Great team! Thanks
