Crew has a bad attitude and says smart remarks to the customer. They simply need to do their job and reply to the customer as kind as they can. I want this to be a joyful experience not something that I feel frustrated in…without smart remarks our facial bad attitudes.
If you don’t have time to go in and cancel your subscription it’s basically impossible to cancel a membership because they do not answer the phone. Had a hard time accessing my account and was unable to cancel online either
The guy starting the wash, sprayed a smiley face on my windshield. A special touch that made me smile.
