Great customer service straight from the wash bay throughout the entire wash! Staff were attentive and caring, you can tell they have pride in what they do! Samuel was especially attentive and took the time to explain the wash options to me. Never knew the word “carnewba wax” before, but it sure do make your car look new!

it’s an OK car wash, but I wish they would ditch the sales associate at the gate trying to upsell you into a membership or beg for tips. Shiny Shell also has people at the gate, but all they do is give you free air fresheners and wish you a nice day.
