I have gone to the Rochester, MN car wash on 41st ever since they opened. I find that the people are friendly and work hard. I do have a complaint though. In the past, when I first would take the car into the wash, the employee would spray the car with bug spray and then use a long handle brush to scrub off dead bugs. I have noticed the last few times I have gone through the wash, they no longer use the brush to clean off the bugs. Because of that, there are always bugs still on my windshield.
