This was a disappointing visit. The staff member directing cars wasn’t paying attention and gave little guidance, which left me uncertain about what to do with my car. Instead of trying to clarify or resolve the situation, she chose to make a point out of it, which came across as unnecessary and awkward. I’ve come here before without issues, but this lack of attentiveness and professionalism makes me not want to return.
