Do not go to Mister Car Wash! They broke the antenna of my new car. They were making me go get estimates to get it fixed. I told them I would only get it fixed at the Hyundai dealership and I was not going to waste my time driving all over to get estimates. They told me that was fine. Now they are telling me I have to go somewhere else to get it fixed or they would not pay the whole price to get it fixed. First time there an a great experience
As an unlimited wash club member I’m washing my car 15-20 times per month. Every time I use their service my car always comes out nice and clean and never any damage. The employees are super friendly and helpful. I’ve never had any bad experiences. In fact, I’ve used other drive through car washes in the area and none compare to the cleanliness and service of Mister in Conyers!
Car wash Damaged my wheels. Brand new truck. I asked if I could go through car wash and they said yes. Went through somehow truck came off the rail and car behind me hit me in the rear. Damaged my brand new wheels and truck and the car wash after a month and a lot of nothing from them finally decided they would fix my rims and that’s it. Don’t think they can fix them like new. !!!!BEWARE BEWARE!!!! I patronized Mister car wash on January 6 my car was involved in a 5 car collision inside the car wash. Driver #1 pressed on his breaks which caused all the cars to slam into each other inside the car wash. I was told that I will not be compensated for my damages because the driver in front of me presses on his brakes. PLEASE beware I will be taking this to my lawyers and insurance company. I can’t say enough good things about Mister Car Wash in Conyers. I am an Unlimited Member and remember me each time I come in. They are friendly, respectful, and thorough. I literally drive out of my way just to go there.
