I was not able to catch the young ladies name that took care of me. She actually brushed the front of my car, my mirrors, my windshield and rear my car. Kudos to that young lady and I wish I’d caught her name, but I was not able to, but that is the reason that I keep coming back to the car wash and pay by monthly dues. That is example of Service. That is the first time that the car wash on Highway 278 has actually done that in the last two or three months. That lady needs a raise and you need some more employees like her.
This time I did not have to ask the attendant to clean my windshield/back window and that made me VERY pleased.
My car was filthy with all the pollen covering everything. Looks great now.
I’ve been a Titanium member for several months now. I never had an issue till Friday March 20th, 2026. I went through the wash and half way through my car felt like it hit something which included a substantial thud on top of the bump. I reported the issue as there was damage to my rims from the car wash. Pics and video were taken and I was told someone would contact me after reviewing the video of my car going through the machine.
