No manager on duty and 3 employees incapable of running a refund for choosing an incorrect membership at a higher cost Titanium when I never asked for that and wanted the basic. Spent 30 plus minutes and currently still waiting not sure if they will even have a resolution as they all play phone tag with manager Mikayla who says I will get a refund in 3 to 5 days due to an error from employee or system creating the membership. Asking me to inconveniently come back tomorrow.
