employees do zero since upgrades to clean car. when I pull in they give a 1 sec blast with pressure washer and 1/2 sec to back window wetting maybe 1/3. in the end after a $14 wash I leave with the back not clean and soap that never rinsed off the car . employee held brush but never used. this is 3rd time with the same result.
I recommend going here if it's not busy or you have the monthly subscription. When they are busy I am extremely disappointed in how close they pack the cars in. I get speedy service but my van isn't as clean when they put them in as close as they do. I'd rather wait a few extra mins and have a cleaner car. If I didn't have the monthly I wouldn't spend money on a wash here if they are busy
