Well, I shouldn't be surprised after the other reviews. I arrived at 7:58 AM. Hours are not posted, however there was a clock-sign on the door that said "Will return 8:00". Okay, I waited until 8:15 & no one opened up...am I asking too much?
After waiting for the kid to get off his cell phone... The $11 car wash was bought, expecting my car to be sprayed down, tire foam places etc., got nothing. The suburban was sent through with ice and chunks by the wheels, at the end the suburban was still caked with ice. Upon driving around to ask the kid if he gave us the $11 wash, he then stated that the hand held power washers were broke and his boss said to just let people to go through again. We went through got stopped quarter of the way so the kid could move the brushes. Than started it back up went through with only brushes no water/rinse only what the kid sprayed with the hose. It was broken but still letting people come through and taking their money. How rude and poor performance
The wash damaged our truck and when we questioned the attended all he gave us was attitude. I said we wouldn't be back and he said good.
