They got rid of the team that hand dries your car. Now it’s just fans and a giant roller which leaves wet spots on your windows, mirrors, and side of your car. Not worth the cost anymore.
Paid 35$. Still bug juice on the windshield. Only wiped down the dash n steering wheel nothing else! Like armrests. Still dirt in the back, crappy vacuum job.
I downgraded to 19.99 / month from the $30/month I was paying, I advised them why I was doing this. The guys drying the vehicles are being rushed and can't keep up with the conveyor system. (not the same guys either) I really hope they do something about it or I will cancel my membership. DV
They moved the guys that dry the cars inside the tunnel. The car is still on the conveyor belt which rushes them to dry the car. Once out of the tunnel, the car isn't dry right, they don't even touch the wheels. I've been taking my car there since they opened. Seriously considering canceling my membership!
READ MY REVIEW!!!! If you want to get ripped off go to this place! My husband went once to get a car wash back in May, 2017. A week later we moved to hawaii, & did not notice all the charges being made to this place till this month. Mister Car Was has been charging our card every month since May! I opened an invitation to see how much they have actually stolen from us, as of May they have stolen 633.92 dollars out of our card! Ive been going there regularly over the past 5 years and have always received great service. If they make a mistake, they correct it immidiately AND give me a free wash. They are friendly, taking the time to explain their work. Highly recommended �
Terrible place!! I went to wash my car and I let the girl up front know I had after market wheels on my car and asked if they will be ok and she assured me they will be fine. If and hesitation on her part I would have said ok and left. But she did not. I spoke to their AD and he was no help and said their rails are 100% safe which they weren't. I've had my rims for a week and were still brand new up until this incident. Bad customer service and poor people skills on that so called area director. Never going back !!
