Highs - I sat & watched a guy go over every bit of my car w a rag... Low - too bad that rag wasn't WET, because I had to redo the insides of every door, both sides of the dash where it meets the door, the steering wheel, the console (still had dirt or something), and the back of both front seats. The outside wash itself was great though & always is there.
I was not given a price list for wnat I wanted, my seats and cup holders were not cjean,, and old recite a d waller were still in tbe holder

not this location quality has deteriorated last 12 months
NOT a 5 but not horrible either.My car had about 1000 dead bugs & seagull droppings from a trip; they cleaned off about 800 . Didn't clean NOR vacuum the trunk. I borrowed their spray cleaner & did it myself.... no one came by to help. The tires & rims look fabulous.
Once again I go to the Ponce the Leon location in Atlanta for the service but I’ll pay for monthly And it’s closed once again or broken down in three months of paying for the service I have yet to use it because it’s always broke down
I went there today and employees were so rude. The girl that was scanning my sticker for membership but didn't finish scanning and left me to go help another customer . Are you kidding me? I was there first so you finish the fist customer that is there before you go to the next customer. Its common sense out of respect but what can I expect from the poor management that runs that place. She let the other customer that was there after me go first so unacceptable.
I just went there and paid for the premium carwash. My car came back still dirty on the outside, the dash not wiped down, barely vacuumed, plus more. I could have sprayed it down with a hose and it would have looked better than that. Also, they never added the cherry spray at the end that I asked for.
