You pay for a car wash as you exit there is a large puddle of dirty muddy water it’s been there for a couple of years and they don’t do anything to resolve it. So I get home and wash my tires and wheels. They raised the price and the kid asked me for a tip.It use to be a good place.
I just brought my car there today. 5/6/22 and I paid for the premium wash I think they called it (the most expensive). I know it is an express car wash but the things they missed on the inside especially was ridiculous. The faceplate of the radio was still dusty and there was still things around the inside that could have been wiped down way better than it was. The outside was fine but my tires were not shining as if they were being stingy with the tire dressing. Not a good experience.
I pay for the highest package for car wash monthly. Today I got my car washed and it was absolutely horrible the worst car wash I’ve ever gotten in my life. They didn’t clean the tires they barely vacuumed the windows are still spotted I don’t pay more than $50 a month for this I am really pissed off.
RecommendedIt’s ok. They need to take their time when detailing a car. Missed a lot of spots and the damage my car sticker!!

nothing was cleaned that i had asked. this is like thr lle 3rd time now. the Vacuuming sucks, none of the windows were cleaned inside. the dash and all the wasn't cleaned and wiped down. the doors were not wiped down. don't think I'll be coming here anytime soon. they need to take pride in their work and some got some attitudes this is not good customer service
