So I Decided to come to Mister car wash to get my car washed in all cleaned up for the week and figured I’d go with the platinum interior and exterior package for my first time trying this car wash. It was to my surprise to see that my car was very poorly washed both exterior and interior. They only put tire shine and one side of my car and told me that they did the whole car. So you decided Covid was a great reason to remove the grandfathered monthly rate for members that have been loyal patrons for years. You can’t raise the cost on something when quality has continuously gone down! Now it’s time to look for better options.
Car wash started off just fine with a comfortable place to sit, popcorn, and friendly service. The car wash and interior clean seemed ok at first glance but saw many places that were not cleaned. Asked twice for the finish cleaners to clean the wheels, door jambs, and areas the car wash missed without success. Got home and now I’m cleaning what they missed even after showing them what was missed. This place really went downhill and is the reason we are no longer monthly members.
Didn’t wipe down wheel wells and inside thoroughly. Not worth the money you pay!

The staff is top notch and the technicians take really good care of my 2016 ram 1500.
They half washed my truck and told me I Had to pay extra for rubber floor mats. Ok that’s fine but explain how you half washed my rear window. For 40 bucks I expected a decent job ! Then you offer to re do! Sadly I should’ve remembered the time Your operator lowered my rear window and ran it through the wash. Granted you did try to clean all the mess up. Lessons learned! You guys are a joke !
