I have been going to this car wash for years and today was the first time I was ever dissatisfied, but the crew made it right. My undercarriage was pretty muddy from all the rain, and compacted with pollen dust so I paid for an upgrade. After going through, there was still compacted mud and bird poop and so I went in to let them know and they were so kind in response and let me go through again which definitely made it better. Thank you!
This car wash broke the sharkfin antenna (standard antenna)off the back of my car. I noticed after I left and when I went back to ask them what happened....the attendant said that I was the 5th person to say that happened in the past hour. He said they would make it right and he would have the manager call me. He said they had an issue with the top lever not hitting a sensor and pushing too hard on the rear of my car.
