All about the bottom dollar now, towel drying was the reason why I paid for membership. Now it’s just another gas station car wash. Will have to cancel membership and find another place. #VintageCarWash we miss you
Poor experience today at Mister Car Wash on Osborn. they were supposed to clean interior but gave it a hit and a miss. Lots of dust untouched. Exterior still had bug spatter on hood and lights. Trim was supposed to be cleaned and shined but wasn't, streaked. Don't have time now to take back since going out of town. Called their business to complain but only got a full mailbox. Probably won't return. One star. Q21938
just went to wadh my car they did not vacuum good and when I called all they told me. sorry Ma'am I wull not recomend this Master Car wash on Osborne I had to clean my car when I got home
The EX Platinum package at $16 was not enough to clean the dead bugs off my windshield or front of the car.. The attendants hurriedly dried the windows leaving streaks.
They take forever to take you through the “Express” lane. It takes them a while to get to you and get you going. No such thing as “Express” to me.
This place doesnt even bother to clean the wheels. Not even an attempt at cleaning. I asked for attention to wheels and its easier to clean them myself and not go back. Lazy workers. I really wouldnt recommend this place if you have to go home and finish the work.
I can wet my car at my own house and not pay someone else to do it. I still had to get home and clean my windows, cup holders and part of the outside.
